We are on the hunt for a highly organised and versatile Senior Administrator to join our client's Admin team for a full-time 12-month FTC position. This is an incredible opportunity to showcase your talents and contribute to a thriving business environment - No two days will be the same!!!
Position Details:
- Role:Senior Administrator FTC
- Duration: Full-time, 12-Month FTC
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Salary: £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Administrator FTC, you'll be the backbone of our administrative operations, supporting various departments and ensuring smooth business processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Health & Safety checks
- Organising meetings and events
- Assisting with projects and IT support
- Organising monthly charity initiatives
- Managing expenses for management teams
- Assisting with projects and IT support
- Setting up new starters and managing transitions
- Supporting GDPR compliance
- Collaborating with senior management on various tasks
- Overseeing document control and stock management
- And more!
Skills and Experience Required: To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent administrative and organisational abilities
- Previous admin and secretarial experience
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships
- Outstanding communication skills
- Minimum 3 GCSE's A-C (9-5) in English & Math's
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry
