Our Southend-On-Sea based property finance client are seeking a Senior administrator/Paraplanner to join their thriving company. The role is full time Monday - Friday, 9-5:30. Offering salaries between £25000 - £30000 depending on experience.
What will you be doing?
You will be assisting brokers, researching, maintaining client relationships, administrative tasks, underwriting duties, submitting mortgage applications, Dealing with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents, and more.
What skills will you have?
You must have office experience and have experience and confidence with using telephone, you will have experience within a finance environment, and mortgage experience is also ideal. You will be able to prioritise large workloads in an organised manor and be motivated and wanting a career within this area.
