A client of ours in the Maldon area are recruiting a Senior Administrator FTC to join their team. This is a full-time 12-Month FTC position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying between 30,000 - 35,000 per annum depending on experience.
As an experienced and efficient Senior Administrator FTC, you will work closely with the Office Manager/Project Officer to support the administration within all departments across the business as well as supporting Project Administration and IT. In addition, you will be expected to provide cover of Executive Assistant duties in the Office Manager/Project Officer absence.
Your key duties in this Senior Administrator FTC role will include but are not limited to:
- Health & Safety checks of the office.
- Carry out and organise monthly charity initiative.
- Expenses for ELT & SLT.
- Assist the Office Manager/Project Officer with projects.
- Set up new starters and process leavers, transfers and promotions.
- Operate and access CCTV in accordance with company policy.
- Be a GDPR deputy and cover all queries in Office Manager absence.
- Support the Business Information & Systems Manager on IT continuous improvement project.
- Support Office Manager/Project Officer with organising staff events.
- Support the Managing Director when required.
- In the absence of the Office Manager/Project Officer, prioritise on MS projects administrative tasks.
- Review and manage the stock holding for PPE and Ad hoc items (signs, equipment, H+S & QA products, storage and location of items) .
- Raise POs- updating prices and quantities accordingly.
- Receipt in all PPE and other items required.
- Manage all PPE stock requests - picking and distributing items to the relevant person/team.
- Ensuring PPE issue receipts are signed and scanned.
- Ensuring all delivery notes and invoices are scanned onto the system.
- Scanning, photocopying, filing and shredding.
- Oversee and maintain document control across the business.
- Organise and facilitate meetings on behalf of senior management.
- Organise PPE for visitors.
- Any other reasonable duties.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
- Strong MS Office Skills.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Admin and Secretarial experience essential.
- Ability to build effective working relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 3 GCSE's A-C (9-5) in English & Math's is essential.
- Minimum 2 years' experience within a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
