We are looking for a professional Office Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to three individuals, assisting in the completion of daily office tasks and managing general administrative activities.
Areas of Responsibility
- Human resources Administration
- Coordination of external service providers
- oversight of health and safety processed and ensuring adherence to policies.
- Board diary management and meeting support.
- HR Duties (reporting to HR manager)
- Facilities duties (reporting to Head of Finance)
- Minutes and note taking.
Key Experience and skills needed:
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite and experience with office equipment.
- Familiarity with office software and tools, including email systems and document management systems.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexible approach to working hours and arrangements.
- Sound understanding of GDPR requirements and processes.
- Knowledge of the higher education sector and academic profession in Europe.
