Senior Administrator/ Data Administrator

At Vision Teaching we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for a school based in Dagenham to take on the role of a Senior administrator/Data Administrator immediately. The role would be a permanent position and we are looking for administrators with a plethora of experience doing admin work in Schools with SIMS experience.

The senior data and administrator will support the day-to-day operations ensuring a smooth running of the offices and backroom services across the campuses.

Furthermore, you will provide advice and support along with the Acting School Business Manager in the following duties:

• SIMS – Data administrator
• Administrative systems, procedures, and services
• Premises and facilities
• Health, safety, and security- systems Parago/Every
• General school administration

Promote the development of a high-quality individual needs-led service to comply at all times with the School’s Policies and Procedures, particularly those regarding Data Protection, Equalities and Diversity Health and Safety, and Child Protection.

Essential abilities include:

• to organise one’s own work, to prioritise tasks and keep to deadlines
• Ability to manage the work and outcomes of other people
• can manage the financial resources of the school to best practice standards
• manage the information and data requirements of the school and a variety of outside agencies
