Our financial client is seeking a highly organised individual with experience providing personal assistance or administrative support to a high standard. The role is Monday - Friday 9 - 5, Full office based in Colchester. Starting salary of £32000 per annum.
What will you be doing?
The role will include the following duties but will not be limited to - dealing with client queries, contacting to arrange annual review meetings, preparing packs, updating systems, occasionally running the office, dealing with cancellation of direct debits, processing post, sending policy documents and more.
What skills will you have?
You will be highly organised, you will have experience either within a personal assistant role or providing administration and office support to a high standard. You must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle you can use if needed. You will have a keen eye for detail and be hard working and motivated.
What is on offer?
There is a salary of £32000 per annum on offer as a starting salary among other benefits such as bonuses for performance and more.
