More about your role 

As part of the Asset & Investment Planning Team, you will report to the Asset Planning Manager, you will support the development and drive of the implementation of the investment strategy for the asset management of over 70,000 homes within Affordable Housing.

The Asset Planning Analyst is responsible for gathering, interrogating and analysing data which will form part of our 5 year asset and investment strategy, both in domestic and non-domestic properties. You will liaise closely with colleagues from our programme initiation team and other colleagues across the group, ensuring information relating the asset and investment capital programme is shared. You will also be responsible for updating group systems, such as PIMMS and offering support to the wider team in general 

More About you 

• Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to produce accurate and transparent reporting to support a large, complex investment programme
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high quality standards are maintained while having the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal departments, customer groups, external agencies, consultants and contractors
• Strong communicator with excellent planning and organisational skills, and the ability to cope with a dynamic and extensive workload and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Ability to evaluate planning and delivery programmes to ensure these are achievable
• Proficient in use of Excel and other Microsoft platforms, including SharePoint
• Excellent analytical, reporting and data interpretation skills
