More about your role 

As Asset Sustainability & Decarbonisation Analyst for Places for People you will play a leading role in the analysis and development of our Energy Efficiency/ decarbonization projects, helping to drive and improve energy efficiency retrofit programmes in conjunction with stakeholders across the department.

Playing a key role in the identification, analysis submission and ongoing management of funding applications from various sources. Responsibility for the day-to-day management of pilots/funded projects relating to energy efficiency and Decarbonisation.

Working with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and expertise in relation to Asset Sustainability & Decarbonisation. Support other Analysts in relation to Asset Sustainability & Decarbonisation activity.

More About you 

We are looking for applicants from people who are passional about energy efficiency and tackling field poverty for our communities. You will have excellent project management skills and will be able to present your finding clearly to a variety of people.

You will have:

  • Strong experience within Asset/Environmental Sustainability/Decarbonisation/Housing sectors
  • Previous track record of identifying, applying for and managing/delivering energy efficiency/ zero carbon pilots projects, both externally and internally funded.
  • Ability to develop and manage strong relationships with internal and external clients of various levels of seniority.
  • Degree educated, or an equivalent experience in a related housing association or real estate sector role.
  • Housing Energy data related qualifications (EPC assessor) preferred
  • Experience of project management preferred
