Assistant Accountant

Accounts who is able to demonstrate the ability to produce and thrive in a busy environment for an industry leading organisation.

Key duties

• Create and post invoices

• Pay regular bills for the company

• Follow up on supplier statements

• Resolve customer queries

• Filing historical records and retrieving necessary documents

• Recording receipts and handling bank deposits Maintaining petty cash

• Providing administrative support as needed

• Additional duties as designated by management

Experience

• At least 3 years proven track record working in a similar role

• Must be able to work under pressure maintaining a quality standard

• Meet deadlines on daily/weekly basis

• Excel skills
