Key duties
- Create and post invoices
- Pay regular bills for the company
- Follow up on supplier statements
- Resolve customer queries
- Filing historical records and retrieving necessary documents
- Recording receipts and handling bank deposits Maintaining petty cash
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Additional duties as designated by management
Experience
- At least 3 years proven track record working in a similar role
- Must be able to work under pressure maintaining a quality standard
- Meet deadlines on daily/weekly basis
- Excel skills
