Our client are a charitable organisation based near Penicuik.
Your new role
Process information for applicants, employers and trainees on Maytas database. Process FICA applications. Responsible for organisation of mail room and other general office duties. Prioritise workload on a day-to-day basis to meet Administration requirements. Undertake any additional Administration as required by the Senior Administration Officer. Main Duties: Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and route calls to the appropriate person. Deal with incoming Administration emails and either action or pass on to correct person. Electronic filing in LaserFiche. What you'll need to succeedA good knowledge of IT systems, and being highly proficient at Excel would be a bonus.
Communication skills - you will be required to deal with inbound calls, being a good communicator with this in mind is key
