About the Job
We are looking for Assistant Animators to become a pivotal role in ourlatest flagship Shaun the Sheep project.
As Assistant Animator your main responsibility will be to pro-actively check the schedule board in order to prepare for upcoming shots / tests and ensuring any issues are brought to the attention of the Supervising Assistant Animator.
A key part of this role will be cleaning, preparing and testing puppet mouths, arms etc ready for shooting. As well as keeping the Animators supplied with the required plasticine puppet components. This is a high energy environment, and you must be able to work well in a team and be able to react positively to changing schedule priorities.
You will be responsible for animating shots as required by production/ schedule.
We are looking for people with previous Assistant Animator experience.
Previous experience in stop frame animation production is essential as well as being competent at sculpting to the required level and speed.
