Job Role: As an Assistant Bodyshop Manager the role will provide an enjoyable challenging position for the right candidate heading up a team of highly skilled and enthusiastic Bodyshop productives, valet team and ensuring to meet the demands of the new and used vehicle preparation by leading a first class vehicle Prep team
Experience/ Qualifications:
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Estimating Experience
- Great Negotiating Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, previous experience using Bodyshop Management systems would be advantageous but not essential
- A keen eye for detail
- Ensuring that Customer satisfaction is maintained at all times
- Experience of working in a Bodyshop or with Aftersales processes, currently be in a customer facing or managerial role and will possess modern leadership skills.
