The company will offer you a competitive salary of £28,000 and an uncapped bonus based on the achievement of the branch budget.
You will assist the Branch Manager to lead, manage & motivate the branch team to ensure an optimum performance of all team members and a superior level of service is provided to our customers at all times.
A passion for sales and the ability to maximise on all opportunities is key. High focus and dedication are certainly required but meeting and surpassing branch targets are very well rewarded.

You will currently be working as an Assistant Manager within the motor industry or even an experienced Parts Advisor with the right ability and attitude.
You will be confident speaking about car parts. You will enjoy researching, pricing, and selling car parts.
You will enjoy speaking with independent garage owners and technicians.
