Location: New Malden, South West London

Salary: £23,000 - £28,000

The Role:

A highly successful Home Improvements company seeks a confident and enthusiastic person for their New Malden Showroom. This is a fabulous opportunity to be a part of a small but busy team and assist in the planning, co-ordination and operation of the branch.

In this role, oversee showroom operations, coordinate teams, handle calls and emails, process documentation, and support the team.

Please note: The role does include some lifting of garage doors etc.

Responsibilities:

-Handling customer enquiries
-Processing orders
-Assisting with stock control
-Assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles (Some heavy lifting involved)
-Responding to emails
-Dealing with telephone enquiries from the general public, colleagues and suppliers
-Dealing with customers face to face.

Requirements:

-Some previous customer facing and administration experience
-Organisational Skills
-Good communication skills - written and verbal.
-IT literate
-Ability to Work in a team environment.
-Good attention to detail
-Previous experience working in the Home Improvement Industry, DIY Store, Builders' Merchants or similar. (Desirable)
