Job Opportunity: Assistant Building Manager (6 months FTC)

Company: A leading UK managing agent

Location: 280,000 sq. ft. commercial building in the heart of London

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (pro rata)

Are you a dynamic and experienced Assistant Building Manager, a Building Host or Front of House seeking a new challenge? 

Key Responsibilities:

As Assistant Building Manager, you will be the driving force behind the efficient management of the building. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met.
• Managing agent responsibilities, including lease administration, property inspections, and budget management.
• Collaborating with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
• Implementing sustainability initiatives to enhance the building's environmental performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Familiarity with managing agents' duties and responsibilities.

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum (pro rata), commensurate with experience. The contract is for 6 months due to long-term sickness, however, within that time, multiple permanent opportunities will arise within the business, giving you a leading opportunity to secure a perm contract.
