Business Support/Customer Service OfficerPlymouthGBP11 per hourPart Time ContractWe are currently looking for a Business Support/Customer Service Officer based in Plymouth. The client can offer a mix of home and office based working.This is on a part-time basis working 18.5 hours per week; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The contract will last a minimum 12 months.Key Skills and Requirements include:-

• Handling inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
• Managing emails and ad hoc admin tasks as required
• Signposting customers for services, dealing with enquiries and issues, managing customer expectations and handling a variety of calls.
• Strong communication skills required
• Customer service background and phone experience essential, ideally in a busy customer contact environment.
