The role of the Assistant Business Services Manager
You will supportyour line manager to provide high-quality business advice and accounting services to clients, while assisting them to develop their respective portfolios. You will also assist in the development of relationships with new and existing clients and identify opportunities to sell the company’s services and pitching for new business opportunities.
As a good people manager, you will also lead your team and facilitate on-the-job training for team members to build their knowledge of different client types whilst supporting them to gain exposure to all aspects of the Business Services service line.
The ideal candidate for the role of Assistant Business Services Manager:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or QBE, with five years in general practice
- Experienced in project management
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office 365
- The role also requires travel to clients and other offices; therefore, a driving licence is required
