As an Assistant Chefwith PGL, you’ll be paid to hone and develop your skills whilst working at Liddington our stunning activity centre in Swindon.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Catering Manager, supporting the Chefs, and working within a friendly & supportive catering team, you’ll be responsible for preparing & serving a range tasty meals such as cooked breakfasts, soups, pasta dishes, dinner favourites and sandwiches/salads. You’ll demonstrate an understanding of Food Safety, allergens and dietary requirements.

• Willing to work towards excellent knowledge of food hygiene & handling dietary requirements  
  

• Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering is a bonus, but not essential.
