Assistant Cleaning Manager | Sleaford, Boston, Spalding, Stamford (mobile) | up to £27,400 | FM Service Provider | County Council Offices
One of UK’s leading Service Providers is currently looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Cleaning Manager to look after a team of 40cleaners working a mobile role covering County Council Offices across Sleaford, Boston, Spalding, Stamford.
As the dedicated Assistant Cleaning Manager, you will plan, organise, direct, and control the operational resources in order to deliver consistently high cleaning standards, customer service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Selection and training of suitable cleaning supervisors and operatives
- Responsible for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning, including reactive works.
- Planning and co-ordination of work with the supply chain.
- Ensure that information held on CAFM system is accurate and timely
- Manage reactive work and on-call service.
- Management of the cleaning team, including recruitment, selection, and development of staff
- Ensure staff are trained to carry out works safely, efficiently and to standard.
- Liaison with client personnel and end users to ensure a high standard service delivery
- Co-ordinate with the Soft Services Manager to ensure that scope of works, access and programmes are viable.
- Use of the CAFM system to produce performance figures against contractual KPIs and SLAs.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with policies and procedures on Health & Safety, Quality Assurance & Environment.
- Liaise, audit, and manage the supply chain.
- Investigate and manage customer complaints and compliments in accordance with contract procedures, ensuring all relevant matters are escalated to the Soft Services Manager
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisals of cleaning team
Job Details
- £25,000 - £27,400 depending on experience

Desirable:
- BICS
- Knowledge of Facilities management and Building services advantageous
