The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role

In this vital role, the Assistant Construction Project Manager will be instrumental in:

• Guiding projects from their initial planning stages through to successful completion.
• Ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards, highlighting the importance of your role in the overall project lifecycle.
• Working on a diverse portfolio that includes sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Commercial Life Sciences, and Data Centre projects, providing a broad learning experience and exposure to various aspects of Construction Project management.

The Assistant Construction Project Manager

• A degree in Construction Project Management or a related construction qualification.
• Technical delivery experience in a similar role, preferably within a consultancy.
• Holding or actively working towards a Chartered or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong organizational skills, diligence, and proactivity.
• A proven track record of effective teamwork, adept project management, prioritizing workloads, and meeting deadlines.
• A team-oriented approach with a 'can do' attitude, being outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, and adaptable.
