As our Assistant Data Protection Manager you will be responsible supporting the Head of Data Protection on ensuring compliance and data integrity across our European Villages. It is a broad role covering a wide range of Data Protection responsibilities, partnering with many of our internal teams.
What you will be doing
- Carry out Low to Medium Risk privacy assessments
- Maintain accountability trackers detailing requirements, actions, owner and status
- Complete data audits and update / maintain records of processing as required
- Manage Supplier Assessment programme
- Support new colleague inductions and onboarding

- Currently studying or has completed IAPP CIPP/E certification
- IT / Audit / Compliance / Risk / Legal background desirable
- Languages not necessary, however experience working in or with colleagues in our European jurisdictions is desirable
- Experience working in retail, hospitality, tourism industry (compatible data subject, data sets, risks)
- Experience of Microsoft tools and apps including email, word, excel and PowerPoint
