An opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking, innovative individual to join Leeds Teaching Hospitals on a secondment basis for maximum 12 months. We are a CQC Good rated organisation, with high levels of staff engagement, and excellent clinical outcomes.
Main duties of the job
As the Assistant Director in the Chief Executives Office working directly to the Chief Executive and closely with other members of the Executive Team you will be responsible for ensuring actions assigned to the Chief Executive are taken forward by engaging and working with teams from across the Trust and partners across the wider health and social care system and will have agreed delegated responsibilities in strategy development and policy initiatives, particularly focussed on integrated partnership working and tackling health inequities. You will also be responsible for ensuring the Chief Executive is briefed and prepared for all meetings and events with appropriate information, presentations, speeches, and background.
