In this newly created role, you will provide leadership and operational oversight in corporate governance and secretariat support to the Board and its committees. You will work closely with the executive team and the Board to establish and maintain robust governance frameworks. You’ll lead statutory and regulatory compliance efforts, including overseeing regulatory submissions.

We seek experience in a senior governance role, ideally in the social housing sector. You will be a strong leader who can effectively manage relationships at Board and leadership levels, adding value to the broader corporate picture. You will bring strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and statutory obligations related to governance, risk and audit.
