The ADON will be responsible for providing the highest standard of Nursing care to patients and will work closely with the Director of Nursing, Hospital CEO, and Assistant Director of Nursing colleagues and Hospital Management Team.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 7 years of post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting within the last 9 years, a minimum of 4 years of management experience at CNM II level within the last 7 years, and have completed a Management Programme or have a commitment to undertake a relevant Management Qualification following appointment.
