Location: Mayfair, London 

We are looking for a highly focused, calm, and trustworthy EA to support the Founder of a large well known investment firm, who is at the top of their game. This dynamic role is truly an exciting step up for an eager EA, looking at taking on a scope of responsibilities, gain amazing exposure and working collaboratively with the senior EA in supporting this UHNWI. Not only this but they offer amazing competitive benefits! 

Your responsibilities will include:  

• Manage and maintain the Founder’s diaries and schedules.  
• Book travel arrangements, to include flights, accommodation visa’s etc.  
• Handle confidential and sensitive information.  
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Manage all private errands.

This person will be extremely flexible and happy to work the hours of 12pm – 8pm most days, when the Founder’s working out in the New York office. If you’ve had around 5 years previous PA/EA experience and exposure working with UHNWIs, please apply today!
