Overview
Key responsibilities
- Advising managers on company procedures, including informal and formal meetings and outcomes
- Adopting a coaching style to develop relevant skills and knowledge within the operational management population
- Dealing with general employment queries, by both verbal and written response
- Management of shared inbox and allocation of work
- Management and collation of SAR’s, ensuring compliance to GDPR regulations
- Data collation, analysis and reporting
- Writing and checking letters prior to issue to employees, ensuring all relevant information is clearly articulated
- Manage high workload volume ensuring accuracy, whilst delivering SLA’s by effective prioritisation
- Providing support to Employee Relations Advisors, as required
- Support with developing ER toolkits and policies with up-to-date legislation and improved procedure
- Supporting with ER projects to improve the ER experience within the business
Required skills & experience
- Good understanding of ACAS guidelines and Employment law
- You will be inquisitive, always challenging the norm and looking to promote best practice
- Proactive forward-thinking team player with the ability to prioritise and work accurately to deadlines and the determination to resolve queries in a timely manner
- Strong administrative and organisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
