Astute’s Power team is partnering with a leading construction company to recruit an Assistant Estimator for its London site.
The Assistant Estimator role comes with a salary of up to �65,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities and duties:
Reporting to the Estimating Manager you will:
* Prepare bill of quantities and/or schedules of work
* Analyse tender documentation to identify scope and packages of work required including materials and sub packages to be sent out for enquiry
* Prepare tender queries
* Produce enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers
Professional qualifications:
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Construction related degree (Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying)
Personal skills:
The Assistant Estimator role would suit someone who is:
* Excellent communications skills both written and oral
* Experience as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or Site Engineer for a RC Frame contractor
* Well organised, efficient and reliable
