Assistant Estimator / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Your new role requiresQuotations to be prepared in accordance with the specification and project plansAnd other tender information. The successful candidate will need to workCollaboratively with colleagues and project managers to understand the project requirements. As part of the estimating process, you will need to evaluateAccurate quantities of materials, labour and equipment.
What you\'ll need to succeed is estimating, quantity surveying or project administration experience in the construction industry, be fluent in the MS Office suite of packages. Previous knowledge of estimating software was useful. You must have strong analytical, mathematical and communication skills. You must have the right to work in the UK and be based in the UK. You must be able to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and the requisite detail to assist the production team.
