They are a principal contractor that undertake new build, extension and refurbishment projects across Sussex and Surrey. Their project values range between £1 million and £12 million in the Education, Commercial and Residential sectors. Along with in the Residential and community and leisure sectors. They are an ambitious and growing contractor, with vast opportunity for their future endeavours.
The role:
Here you will be an Assistant Quantity Surveyor reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be a pivotal part in all stages of the projects, you will be involved in the procurement, right up to liaising with clients. You will be working on multiple projects across the sectors they operate in. Someone with experience in the Commercial and Residential sectors will be the ideal candidate for this role.
