SalaryGleeson Recruitment Group are supporting a group finance function with their need to recruit an Assistant Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. The successful Assistant Finance Business Partner will be joining a newly established function, adding to the growth of the business.
This is a remote role with occasional travel to sites. Salary circa £35,000 per annum.
Must be AAT qualified or equivalent.
Assistant Finance Business Partner Responsibilities:
- Assist with reporting, KPIs profitability, variance analysis
- Support with month end including accruals, prepayments and journal posting
- Take ownership of expense reporting, provide data and analyse
- Support with budget planning, forecasting and consolidation of management accounts
- Provide financial support to the wider business
- Influence stakeholders and drive performance
Skill set required:
- Minimum of 2 years finance experience
- Must be AAT qualified or equivalent
- Excel proficient
- Commercial awareness
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
