Assistant Finance Business Partner

The Role

In reporting directly to the Finance Business Partner, you will be required to provide insightful analysis and decision support, manage the forecast and budget process, report, analyse and explain monthly performance, provide support in key management meetings, have an input into the financial decision making and provide financial training to key stakeholders outside the finance function.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Finance Team by establishing and providing accurate, timely and informative MI to FBPs and the senior stakeholders.
• Present an insightful monthly trading pack to senior business leadership and the Commercial Finance Director.
• Provide insightful, business driving variance analysis including budgeting and forecasting.
• Proactively conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern.
• Collaborate with senior management to present financial insights and recommendations.

The Candidate

You will be:

• A fully Qualified accountant with proven experience within a commercial finance role (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Able to analyse data and present complex information in a clear manner
• Able to speak with key stakeholders confidently
