Description
The key duties for the Assistant Finance Business Partner are:
- Drive financial planning processes including budgeting and forecasting
- Provide insightful financial analytics to support decision making
- Partner with department heads to optimise financial performance
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Participate in strategic projects and initiatives to drive business growth
- Work closely with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Provide financial training and guidance to non-finance staff
Profile
A successful Assistant Finance Business Partner should have:
- Studying towards a finance qualification- desirable
- Experience in a similar role within a similar industry
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
