The role:
· To deliver appropriate training to the Finance Division as and when required.
· To assist in the management the Finance Systems and Compliance team according to the principles of performance management, attendance management and personal development
· To develop and produce reports and financial information via Business Objects and Power BI to present to senior management.
· To liaise with key stakeholders e.g. IT Department, other members of the Finance Dvision to help create efficiencies and ensure data integrity.
What you need:
1. a) A degree or equivalent level qualification in a relevant subject (such as IT or accounting) and a minimum of 1 years' relevant experience in a Business Improvement / Financial Systems environment.or
b) Foundation papers of a CCAB Accounting Body and a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a Business Improvement / Financial Systems environment.
2. Can demonstrate significant relevant experience of experience of:
• Developing financial reports for Senior Management to tight timescales using Business Intelligence Tools e.g. Business Objects/PowerBI.
• Taking a lead role in significant business improvement projects.
