The Job Role
- An Assistant General Manager to lead a busy premium cocktail venue.
- An Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager with managing and day to day running of the business
- An Assistant General Manager to continually drive standards of drinks service forward within a late night venue.
- Developing a high-performing and motivated team
The Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a late night bar environment.
- An Assistant General Manager with proven experience in a similar late night venue role.
- An Assistant General Manager, that is able to bring across a great personality.
- Experience with managing a team whilst under pressure is a must
- An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
