Assistant Guest Liaison Manager , you will be providing a courteous, efficient and pro-active service to all guests. You will work discreetly to follow the guest journey and coordinate with all relevant departments to create a flawless and hassle-free guest experience.Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:To assist Guest Services Team with arrival and departure process, ensuring a seamless and discreet service.Responsible for spot checks, and VIP room checks, to ensure Emory Assistants are preparing suites according to the guests preferences (including IT set up, Housekeeping preferences, In Room Dining & Minibar preferences).To assist in the set-up of all food and beverage orders, coordinating with the In Room Dinning Team in the preparation for service.To support Guest Liaison Manager to accurately forecast payroll against business needs and requirements.assist the Guest Liaison Team with pre-arrival communication establishing itineraries and conducting the necessary administration tasks within set time frames.Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA and Forbes standards at all times.Successful candidates for the
