The London EDITION is looking for its next Assistant Guest Experience Manager!
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and service-oriented Assistant Guest Experience Manager to join our Front Office team.
As an Assistant Guest Experience Manager you will:
- Manages day-to-day operations for Guest Experience, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis
- Train and coach the team
- Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed
- Respond to guest requests, queries and complaints
- Take and process guest room service orders
- Ensuring Exceptional Guest Service
- Work with the management team to ensure a seamless Guest Experience
- Serves as a leader in displaying outstanding hospitality skills
