The Britannia Birmingham is a 214 bedroom-hotel which features the Jenny’s Restaurant, serving fantastic full English buffet breakfast for you to enjoy. Harvey’s Bar provides a place where guests can sit back and relax with a drink or something to eat. Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit an Assistant Head Housekeeper onto the team.

As Assistant Head Housekeeper you will be required to:

• Ensure cleanliness of rooms.
• Report to the Head Housekeeper any maintenance repairs.
• Ensure cleanliness of linen/service room.
• Report any abuse of the furnishings within the bedrooms.

The successful candidate will be organized, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent attention to detail and can effectively meet deadlines whilst maintaining high quality service.
