Full Time - 40 hours per weekWe are currently looking for an Assistant Head Housekeeper to support our Head Housekeeper with the efficient running of our housekeeping team.Some may say the housekeeping team are the backbone of the hotel operation. For our housekeeping team it is not just about making beds, it is about having an eye for detail and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.As Assistant Head Housekeeper you will be assisting the Head Housekeeper by supporting and developing a team of Room Attendants and Linen Porters. You will be required to set an example, encourage their development, and carry out monthly performance reviews. You will be proactive and hands on, leading the team from the front-line to deliver exceptional levels of standards across all areas of the hotel.On a day to day basis, you will play a key role with the preparation and cleanliness of all bedrooms and public areas.
