Key Experience with Autism, SpLD, and SLD:

We are seeking an outstanding candidate with a proven track record of working effectively with students with Autism, Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD), and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). Your expertise in supporting students at Key Stage 2 and 3 will be invaluable in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Middle/Senior Leadership Experience Required:

To excel in this role as an Assistant Headteacher, you must possess previous experience in middle or senior leadership positions. DSL Experience and More:

Additional Responsibilities of an Assistant Headteacher Include:

• Deputising the Headteacher, providing strong and effective leadership in their absence

• Monitoring and evaluating the school's progress, implementing strategies for continuous improvement
• Contributing to the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs
• Building positive relationships with parents, fostering open lines of communication and partnership
