Job description

The role of Assistant Head of Business is an exciting opportunity to lead on the development of Barnardo's Fostering and Adoption services across London, the South East and the South West.

 

To work as part of the Fostering and Adoption UK Senior Management Team, to develop and drive the Barnardo's strategy, ensuring quality practice  and excellent services which grow the business and meet the needs of commissioners, carers, adopters, children and young people.

Work with stakeholders in identifying their requirements and providing the most appropriate solutions for them.

Assisting the UK Head of Business and Fostering & Adoption Senior ManagementTeam in developing and marketing Barnardo's across the UK, as a major provider of Fostering & Adoption services.

Assisting in the development of the strategic plan for Fostering & Adoption services across the UK as a member of the Senior Management team, ensuring effective implementation of the plans and addressing shortfalls in targets and delivery.
