The Assistant HR Consultant will work closely with the team of HR Consultants to provide advice and guidance to resolve a range of workforce matters. A proactive, resilient and creative approach, with excellent verbal and written communication skills is required to support managers and employees to achieve positive outcomes.
You must be able to work on your own initiative, demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm, and have the ability to undertake research, analyse data and present information and solutions on complex workforce topics.
