We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant HR Director to join a leading Education institute on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a high-profile leadership position which has a pivotal role in leading and delivering culture change through outstanding HR services.
·As the Assistant HR Director, you will play a vital role in the overall human resources strategy, supporting and collaborating with the HR Director to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the department.
·You will lead and shape the operational HR service to move the HR strategy forward in practice. ,
·The role is responsible for leading and transforming Business Partnering teams which look after Employee Relations, Recruitment and Talent Management, HR Business Systems and Data ownership, general HR projects, advice and guidance.
·You will line manage and develop all members of the HR Operations team, giving direction, and supporting using positive performance management to meet personal and team objectives.
Essential experience -
·Minimum 7 years' experience of managing and developing an HR service area (Ideally from the Public Sector)
·Effectively managing a large or dispersed team of specialists across multiple HR disciplines
·CIPD Level 7 accreditation or overseas equivalents
·Extensive experience of effectively managing/implementing operational change programmes.
·Experience of the practical application of Tribunal/case law and managing the demands of tribunal cases.
