SalaryLabour Hire are looking for a BIM MODELER for a well-established company in DEESIDE.
About You:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in BIM software Revit (AutoCAD MEP knowledge is advantage).
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, codes, and standards.
- Experience creating detailed 3D models of mechanical systems for construction projects.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience creating detailed 3D models of mechanical systems for construction projects.
About the Role:
- Monday-Friday 07:00-17:30.
- Rate: £300.00 per day.
- To draw the projects in accordance with the local, national, and international standards and regulations/specifications.
- To carry out the drawings in the specified time and in the desired specifications.
- To prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- To communicate the failures to the Project Engineer/Design Engineer/Design Manager.
- To observe behaviors that include corporate behavioral characteristics such as accountability, dedication, compliance with company rules and cooperation.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, codes, and standards.
- 6 year project.
- Start: Subject to interview.
