Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and tradespeople.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager within the M&E industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects across various sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and installations, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and resource management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
