Remuneration: £70,000 - £80,000

The role of the Contracts Manager - Mechanical Construction will involve:
- Contracts Manager position dealing with various decarbonisation projects including biomass
- Managing the projects from start to finish ensuring that deadlines and budgets are adhered to
- Providing project specific information to the HSQE team so that RAMS can be produced
- Process orders of materials & equipment to ensure they are delivered to site on time and only there for required period
- Attend site and office meetings and report back on project status
- Ensure that all variations are quantified, recorded and approved by clients
- Identify and keep on top of any risks, ensuring these are documented
- Dealing with reactive enquiries for projects
The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager - Mechanical Construction with:
- Must have Project Management / Contracts Management experience within HVAC / Mechanical Construction market sector
- Must be a resilient individual that can resolve site issues
- Understanding of technical drawings
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ideally holding CSCS card and SMSTS
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Strong organisation and time management skills
