Job Title: Contracts Manager
Salary: Up to £58,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Contracts Manager with a specialisation in taking care of commercial contracts. This challenging and rewarding role is based in an around Birmingham and Coventry in different sites,it is a mobile role, where you will lead a dedicated team(Soft and Hard Services team) to ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of PFI Contracts in facilities maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Electrical Systems Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the effective management of electrical services, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
• Budget Management: Responsible for budget planning and control related to electrical services, optimising costs without compromising quality.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality services, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to project timelines.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues.
• Compliance: Ensure that all electrical systems comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 18TH Edition
• Proven experience in a technical management role, preferably in a static site environment.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
