Job Description
Boden Group have an opportunity for a Contract Manager working for a large Facilities Management Company.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a hard FM contract.
- Responsible for the management of the staff, operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plants/services, project works and Building performance.
- Running a multi-site portfolio of commercial sites in the Midlands
- Daily management of the Engineering team including compliance with disciplinary processes and procedures.
- To complete the weekly operations report to the client and attend weekly operation meetings.
- Ensure that all matters that may impact the smooth running of the building and facilities are reported to Senior Management.
Experience
- Knowledge of Facilities Management
- Experience in the Building Services industry.
- Completed recognised formal Electrical or Mechanical training to at least city and Guilds level.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate and direct a team of technicians/operatives.
