Assistant Lettings Manager Job Details
My client are looking to take on a new Assistant Lettings Manager to join their successful office in Brentford.
As the Assistant Lettings Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of, including property Lettings, valuations, and bringing on new landlords and registering new applicants as well as managing and training junior negotiators with the Branch Manager.
Your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of Lettings department
- Ensuring adherence to company standards and current legislation
- Securing new business opportunities
- Scheduling property viewings and registering applicants
- Offering great customer service over phone and in person
- Achieving personal and branch targets
- Negotiating tenancies and representing the company professionally
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience within Lettings
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential lettings
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- A valid UK driving license and Car (Essential)
- Must be able to do Valuations and generate listings
