In this role, you will be reporting to and assisting the Development Manager in orchestrating onsite PPM on current development properties, running contractor checks, liaising with clients, conducting onsite visits and much more - a very varied and busy day to say the least!
This role would be suited to an organised and proactive individual with a background in property or similar looking to start a role which will open many doors within the property management industries.
The Role:
- Organising and overseeing pre planned maintenance on various properties
- Managing invoices, purchase orders, and client documentation
- Conducting onsite visits where necessary to meet with contractors and third parties
The Person:
- Experience within property development or similar essential
