Assistant Management Accountant

We are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant for our client based in Immingham. This is a full time, permanent position.
Duties:-

• Support the 3 accountants in all aspects of tasks within the finance team.
• Assist with month end close and the preparation of the monthly management accounts including, balance sheet reconciliations and calculating and posting journals.
• Implementing process improvements, investigating, and resolving variances and enhancing controls.
• Producing profit and loss reports.
• Creation of profit and loss analytics.
• Organisation and creation of all process notes relevant to the finance function.
• Assist with the creation and improvement of all finance KPI s.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist with yearend including audit.
• VAT return documentation preparation.
